Returns

At Completto, we prioritize offering carefully crafted, natural stone products designed to enhance your home’s décor. In line with our commitment to environmental sustainability, we encourage thoughtful purchasing decisions to ensure each piece finds a lasting place in your space. 

We understand that curating your ideal space can be a challenge, and thus, we have outlined the following return and exchange conditions:

1. Return Request: A return request must be submitted and authorized by the Completto team. Please complete the return request form below and review the terms outlined here before proceeding.

2. Eligibility for Return: Only full-priced items are eligible for return. Sale items are final and may not be returned or exchanged.

3. Natural Variations in Stone: Due to the natural properties of marble and other stones, veins and patterns may vary from piece to piece. These variations are an inherent characteristic of the material and should be expected. We ask that you consider these unique natural variations before making your purchase, as they are a key part of what makes each piece special.

4. Timeframe for Returns: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

5. Condition of Return: Items must be returned in their original, saleable condition, including all original packaging. Completto is not responsible for any damage incurred during the return shipment. Should the item fail to meet this condition, it will be returned to you.

6. Exclusions from Refunds: Shipping and delivery charges, as well as any promotional costs associated with your original order, will not be refunded.

7. Gift Card Purchases: Items purchased with a gift card cannot be refunded in cash. The gift card will be reactivated for future use and will remain valid for 3 years.

8. Supporting Documentation: Completto reserves the right to request photographic evidence to support your return request, if necessary.

9. Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, though we would be happy to assist with arranging a return label for your convenience.

10. Restocking Fee: Please note that a restocking fee of 10% will be applied to all approved returns to help us manage our inventory.

Returning for a Refund:

Once the return request is approved, the item must be shipped back within 72 hours, and proof of return should be provided. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, a refund will be processed within 24 hours to the original payment method.

Returning for an Exchange:

If the item is damaged or defective, you may request an exchange for the same product. The return must be processed within 72 hours of approval. Once the item is received and inspected, a replacement will be arranged and shipped to you.
