Shipping Regions
Completto ships exclusively within the United States. We are currently not offering shipping to other regions or countries.

Shipping Information
Orders placed within the United States are shipped via UPS. Please allow up to 3 additional business days for order processing and shipping*. Once your order ships out, it will arrive according to the following estimates based on the selected shipping method at checkout:

• UPS Ground: 3-7 business days*
• UPS 2-Day: 2 business days*
• UPS Next Day Air: 1 business day*

*Processing times may be delayed due to weekends or major holidays.

Please note that UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes. We cannot process orders to PO Boxes at this time.

We reserve the right to alter the shipping method and carrier when necessary to protect the shipment, especially for larger or fragile items. If changes are made, we will notify you promptly.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your items and the shipping method selected. Completto is not responsible for any additional duties, taxes, or handling fees at the time of delivery.

Specialty Items Shipping
As most of our products are crafted from natural stone, they may be heavy and require special shipping considerations. Standard shipping includes curbside delivery only, and does not include delivery to a specific room, packaging removal, or product assembly.

We reserve the right to modify shipping methods for large or delicate items to ensure safe delivery, including using freight services if necessary. You will be informed if any changes are made.

If you are ordering large, heavy items, please contact us for a shipping quote and to arrange the best method for delivery.

Product Availability
We only offer products that are in stock for purchase. Pre-orders and back-orders are not accepted. If an item is out of stock, it will not be available for purchase until it is restocked.
